Supporting Local Conservation Efforts at Hayle Park Nature Reserve

Giving back to our local community

Members of the Procurement Services team recently spent a volunteering day at Hayle Park Nature Reserve, supporting the ongoing work to maintain and protect this valuable local green space.

The team got stuck into a range of practical conservation tasks, including hedge cutting, raking and general site maintenance, helping to keep the reserve accessible and enjoyable for both visitors and wildlife.

The day provided a great opportunity to step away from the office, work together in a different environment and make a positive contribution to the local community. It also highlighted the important work carried out by the dedicated volunteers who help care for the reserve throughout the year.

We're grateful to the team at Hayle Park Nature Reserve for welcoming us and giving us the opportunity to support their efforts.

At Procurement Services, we’re proud to support initiatives that give back to our local communities and encourage colleagues to make use of their volunteering days to support causes that matter to them.
